What is our recruitment process?

It is important for us to be precise and transparent throughout our recruitment process

#1- Interview with HR

We will present the missions of the job you are applying to and answer all your questions

#2- Interview with your manager

You will discuss about your missions,  your expectations on the job and those of your manager and get to know each other better

You will  meet for a final discussion around your motivations to see if we are the perfect match . You will be asked to prepare a short case study to be discussed during your interview

#4- You have accepted our offer? Welcome aboard!

You will get a 2 weeks onboarding program to get familiar with your new environment and missions
